Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Tumbler, operated by SUNSHINE NETWORK S.R.L. By using Tumbler, a user agrees to these Terms and to any platform terms that apply to the app distribution channel.
Service
Tumbler helps users import, manage, sync, and run VPN subscription configurations. Some configurations, networks, payment methods, app stores, or provider services may be supplied by third parties and are governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Users must use Tumbler lawfully and must not use the service to attack networks, distribute malware, harass others, violate intellectual property rights, bypass lawful restrictions in a way that is illegal in the user's location, or interfere with Tumbler's infrastructure.
Third-party content and rights
Users are responsible for the VPN subscription URLs, configurations, and provider content they add to Tumbler. Users must have the necessary rights or permission to access and use any third-party content or configuration through the app.
Availability
Tumbler is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but VPN connectivity can depend on device settings, network conditions, provider availability, app store policy, and third-party infrastructure outside our direct control.
